The Ultramar Liberation 229 is a variation of the Redencion model, but with a slenderer blade and handle profile. The slender drop point blade is paired with a squared-off stonewashed titanium handle that is designed for easy carry. The frame lock features a replaceable lockbar insert and the knife is complete with a partial titanium backspacer.
Chaves Ultramar knives from Ramon Chavez are manufactured in China by Reate Knives aimed to bring his amazing knives to a wider audience base. There are a variety of different models including a production Street version of his famous Redencion knife that is iconic in the knife world.
